İmsak Plus ("uygulama"), Hikmet Tüfekçi tarafından geliştirilen bir namaz vakti uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi bilgileri nasıl kullandığını açıklar.
Kısaca
- Hesap, üyelik veya e-posta istemiyoruz.
- Reklam, analiz veya takip aracı kullanmıyoruz.
- Kişisel verilerinizi toplamıyor, saklamıyor, satmıyor ve kimseyle paylaşmıyoruz.
Konum
Namaz vakitlerini ve kıble yönünü hesaplamak için, izin verirseniz telefonunuzun yaklaşık konumunu kullanırız. Hesaplama telefonunuzda yapılır; konumunuz sunucularımıza gönderilmez.
Bulunduğunuz şehrin adını göstermek için telefonunuzun işletim sisteminin konum hizmeti (Apple veya Google) kullanılabilir. Bu hizmet ilgili şirketin kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Konum izni vermek zorunlu değildir; şehrinizi listeden de seçebilirsiniz.
Telefonunuzda saklanan bilgiler
Seçtiğiniz şehir, ayarlarınız, bildirim tercihleriniz, Kur'an'da kaldığınız yer ve zekât hesaplayıcısına girdiğiniz tutarlar yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır. Uygulamayı sildiğinizde hepsi silinir.
Bildirimler
Vakit bildirimleri telefonunuzda zamanlanır. Bildirim göndermek için bir sunucu veya bildirim servisi kullanmayız.
İnternet bağlantısı
Uygulama, bölgelerin ada görsellerini Google Firebase Storage'dan indirebilir. Her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi, bu sırada IP adresiniz gibi teknik bilgiler Google'ın sunucularına ulaşır. Bu isteklerde sizi tanıtan bir bilgi göndermeyiz ve bu bilgileri kullanmayız.
Çocuklar
Uygulama hiçbir kullanıcıdan, çocuklar dahil, kişisel veri toplamaz.
Haklarınız
Kişisel verilerinizi toplamadığımız için elimizde size ait bir kayıt bulunmaz. KVKK ve GDPR kapsamındaki haklarınızla ilgili sorularınız için bize her zaman yazabilirsiniz.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı güncellersek yeni metni bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihini değiştirerek yayınlarız.
Privacy Policy

İmsak Plus ("the app") is a prayer times app developed by Hikmet Tüfekçi. This policy explains what information the app uses and how.
In short
- No account, sign-up or email is needed.
- We use no advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
- We do not collect, store, sell or share your personal data.
Location
If you allow it, the app uses your phone's approximate location to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. The calculation happens on your phone; your location is not sent to our servers.
To show the name of your city, the app may use your phone's operating system location service (Apple or Google), which is covered by that company's own privacy policy.
Location permission is optional; you can also pick your city from a list.
Information kept on your phone
Your chosen city, settings, notification preferences, your place in the Quran and any amounts you enter in the zakat calculator are stored only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes them all.
Notifications
Prayer time notifications are scheduled on your phone. We do not use a server or push service to send them.
Internet connection
The app may download region illustrations from Google Firebase Storage. As with any internet request, technical information such as your IP address reaches Google's servers. We send nothing that identifies you with these requests, and we do not use this information.
Children
The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we do not collect personal data, we hold no records about you. If you have questions about your rights under the GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK, you are always welcome to contact us.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the new text on this page with a new effective date.
سياسة الخصوصية

«إمساك بلس» (التطبيق) تطبيق لمواقيت الصلاة من تطوير حكمت توفكجي. توضّح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي يستخدمها التطبيق وكيفية استخدامها.
باختصار
- لا نطلب حسابًا أو تسجيلًا أو بريدًا إلكترونيًا.
- لا نستخدم أي أدوات للإعلانات أو التحليلات أو التتبّع.
- لا نجمع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نخزّنها ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أحد.
الموقع
إذا سمحت بذلك، يستخدم التطبيق موقع هاتفك التقريبي لحساب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة. يجري الحساب على هاتفك، ولا يُرسل موقعك إلى خوادمنا.
لعرض اسم مدينتك قد يستخدم التطبيق خدمة الموقع في نظام تشغيل هاتفك (Apple أو Google)، وتخضع هذه الخدمة لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الشركة.
إذن الموقع اختياري، ويمكنك أيضًا اختيار مدينتك من قائمة.
المعلومات المحفوظة على هاتفك
تُحفظ مدينتك المختارة وإعداداتك وتفضيلات الإشعارات وموضعك في القرآن والمبالغ التي تُدخلها في حاسبة الزكاة على هاتفك فقط، وتُحذف كلها عند حذف التطبيق.
الإشعارات
تُجدول إشعارات المواقيت على هاتفك، ولا نستخدم خادمًا أو خدمة إشعارات لإرسالها.
الاتصال بالإنترنت
قد ينزّل التطبيق رسوم الجزر الخاصة بالمناطق من Google Firebase Storage. وكما في أي طلب عبر الإنترنت، تصل معلومات تقنية مثل عنوان IP إلى خوادم Google. لا نرسل مع هذه الطلبات ما يدلّ على هويتك، ولا نستخدم هذه المعلومات.
الأطفال
لا يجمع التطبيق بيانات شخصية من أي أحد، بمن فيهم الأطفال.
حقوقك
لأننا لا نجمع بيانات شخصية، لا نحتفظ بأي سجلات عنك. ويسعدنا تواصلك معنا في أي وقت بشأن حقوقك وفق اللائحة الأوروبية العامة لحماية البيانات أو القانون التركي لحماية البيانات الشخصية.
التغييرات
إذا حدّثنا هذه السياسة فسننشر النص الجديد في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان جديد.
