I am now at hikmet.tr

Hello,

I used to share my blog posts on hikmet.me for a long time. But to make things easier and speak directly to Turkey, I have now moved to the hikmet.tr domain.

During the move, I lost some data and removed many posts. I plan to make up for it by improving my writing habits.

Why Did I Change the Domain?

Domain names are like the identity of a website. By moving to hikmet.tr:

• More Memorable: I think the “TR” extension will show that I am speaking directly to Turkey and have a local identity.
• SEO Advantage: In searches made in Turkey, sites with a .tr extension can come forward more often.
• Easier Access: For users, the .tr extension is seen as a trustworthy and official domain name.
• Only the name: Since .tr is a new domain extension, I could get the domain with just my own name.

##.tr Domain Updates In the recent period, some changes were made about the use of the “.tr” domain name. Before, only extensions like “com.tr” and “org.tr” were available, but now it is possible to get domains directly with the .tr extension. This offers a shorter, more memorable, and more professional look. It is now possible to have a simple and effective domain name like hikmet.tr.

I am waiting for you at my new address. You can share your thoughts in the comments or reach me directly from my contact page.

My new address: https://hikmet.tr

See you.
